We're looking for our next change maker to join our high performing, entrepreneurial organisation. Through our one of a kind career pathway model you would take on the fulfilling role of a KiwiSaver / insurance educator and will also be given the opportunity to build and lead a team of your own if this is something you aspire to do.
To be successful in this role at least 1-2 years relationship management and strong sales experience are essential, possibly in banking, insurance, or financial services. The purpose of the role is to educate our clients through interactive presentations to help them get the best return from their KiwiSaver investment and provide risk comparisons for all the major banks and insurance companies in the New Zealand market. You MUST have strong customer relationship experience to be considered.
This is an amazing opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic, positive, outgoing, well presented, high performing sales/educator. You must have the highest standard of spoken and written English, have an inner confidence and an ability to operate independently while being a competitive team player.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you'll be working alongside other talented and skilled team members who are motivated, competitive, successful, professional and friendly. This is an out of office role with the opportunity to work from home or the office in between appointments. Having the flexibility to work around family and the freedom to control your own destiny is an integral part of the culture at IKONIK.
ON A DAILY BASIS, YOU WILL BE:
While most of your appointments will be on your own with clients, we also encourage our team to work collaboratively together on bigger opportunities, where we know you'll flourish.
WHAT CAN IKONIK OFFER YOU?
A flexible role that provides freedom, without income restrictions. This is a full time, weekly commission-based role with a generous payment model. Your earnings in the first 12 months are expected to be $75K-$100K plus incentives. High performers earn $100K+ in their first year and $150K-$200K in their 2nd.
As well as being provided with exceptional training you'll be challenged to grow in your career and given the opportunity to manage and build your own team providing further personal revenue.
