We're looking for a vibrant KiwiSaver/Insurance Adviser to join our high performing team. To be successful in this role at least 1-2 years relationship management and/or sales experience, possibly in banking, insurance, or financial services. The purpose of this role is to educate our clients through interactive presentations to help them get the best return from their KiwiSaver investment, and provide risk comparisons for all the major banks and insurance companies in the New Zealand market. You MUST have strong customer relationship experience to be considered.
This is an amazing opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic, positive, outgoing, well presented, high performing sales/educator. You must have the highest standard of spoken and written English, have an inner confidence and an ability to operate independently while being a competitive team player.

While most of your appointments will be on your own with clients, we also encourage our Advisers to work collaboratively together on bigger opportunities.

WHAT CAN IKONIK OFFER YOU?
Being an IKONIK adviser is a flexible role that provides freedom, without income restrictions.
This is a full time, weekly commission-based role with a generous payment model. Your earnings in the first 12 months are expected to be $70K-$100K plus incentives. High performers earn $100K+ in their first year and $150K-$200K in their 2nd.
As well as being provided with exceptional training you'll be challenged to grow in your career and given the opportunity to manage and build your own team providing further personal revenue.
